Her years in acute hospital settings strengthened her ability to deliver safe, precise, and skillful care. Heather’s home health experience shaped her belief that true wellness happens where clients feel most comfortable—at home. As a nurse manager, she became known for setting the highest standards in safety, service, and client experience.

Today, Heather brings this unique blend of medical professionalism and luxury wellness directly to clients across Southeast Wisconsin. Her infusion sessions are designed to feel calm, restorative, and elevated—delivering hydration, vitamins, and rejuvenation with the gentle touch of a seasoned nurse.

Dr. Adam Sternberg grew up in Wisconsin and is a board-certified adult internal medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. He graduated medical school from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his residency training in St. Louis, where he was awarded for outstanding contributions to resident education.

He is a respected physician leader in the Milwaukee area, where he practices acute care medicine, serving as an attending physician for patients hospitalized and in the intensive care unit. He is also a Physician Advisor, a home care medical director, and a consultant for a local health system to improve hospital operations, quality of care, and patient safety.

Dr. Sternberg has a background in immunology and cancer research, has published research in those domains, has training and interest in naturopathic medicine, and is an expert in all aspects of IV therapy.
